Alleen maar lof over dit bedrijf en haar werknemers! In het begin enigszins sceptisch toen men mij contacteerde maar die twijfel werd snel ontnomen. Na het process doorlopen te hebben betaal ik +\- €150,- minder aan huur per maand. Op iedere mail wordt binnen 20min gereageerd en de service waarbij ze op officiële wijze een huuropzegging doen is ook nog mooi meegenomen.Dank voor alle goede communicatie en het advies!

Ik ben blij dat mijn huur van de flat Beeckestein te Deventer verlaagd is. De verhuurder houdt helemaal geen rekening met de regels van de huurcommissie. Ik ben blij dat ik jullie ingeschakeld heb en dat we een compromis gesloten hebben met de verhuurder. Ik heb geen zin in de rechtbank en lange procedure. En waar ik helemaal blij mee ben is, als in de toekomst de verhuurder veel teveel huur wilt vragen, dat jullie gratis willen controleren of de huurprijs terecht is. Dat is toch fantastisch! Back in summer of 2019 I received a letter from Bumarang with the information that my rent was most likely too high and they were willing to assist me. From then we started the procedure, first at the Huurcommissie and later in court, and finally in the end of 2022 the case for me was finished. The procedure was lengthy, fortunately things have changed at the Huurcommissie speeding up the process, however I've always had good contact with Bumarang over the last 4 years. They could inform me about false demands from my landlord. With the back of Bumarang I always felt secure during a sometimes complex legal process. I can definitely recommend Bumarang for legal cases related to rental or service costs!

During the entire process, I had little involvement and whenever needed they promptly answered to all questions or got involved themselves upon my request when the landlord became reluctant to accept the case.
If more people knew their rights in the NL, likely the real estate market would be less competitive and more fair.
