I had an issue with my previous landlord who did not want to give me back the majority of my deposit, despite a 3rd party (hired by the landlord) giving me a good inspection when checking out. The situation got so tense that I warned my landlord I will take a legal route, in which he said "I am looking forward to it".This is when my friend recommended me about Bumarang. From the beginning Bumarang was very pleasant to communicate with and quick to respond whether I have a good case or not. They represented us throughout the whole process and I did not have to do anything.To landlords out there: just please treat your tenants fairly. It is not worth trying to steal your tenants deposit. In the end, we won the case and I was very happy that I was able to get a fair amount of deposit back.Thanks Bumarang for the help.

Wij zijn ontzettend blij met de service van Bumarang. Onze huur is zo goed als door de helft gegaan. Iedereen is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar vooral Samir heeft ons goed bijgestaan.Alle teveel betaalde huur hebben wij teruggekregen en hiervan vraagt Bumarang de helft. In ons opzicht is dat het meer dan waard. Het is ook mogelijk om zelf een case bij de huurcommissie te openen, maar voor ons was het zeer fijn om de hulp van Bumarang te hebben, vooral als het contact met de verhuurder al wat moeizaam verloopt.Wat wij vooral zo fijn vonden aan de service is dat ze ontzettend goed bereikbaar zijn, je belt en krijgt gelijk iemand aan de telefoon die je ook daadwerkelijk kan helpen. Is degene die over jouw case gaat even niet aanwezig? Dan belt diegene 10 minuten later weer terug. Ook via de mail reageren ze super snel waardoor het proces spoedig verloopt.Heel erg bedankt nog Bumarang! Mochten wij nogmaals een probleem hebben omtrent onze huurwoning dan kloppen we zeker weer bij jullie aan.
